Hi, I am writing about my project. We had to read a story about what the web is for first we had to highlight stuff that was important to us then we came up with a whole bunch of words as a class then picked 4 words that were something that we use the web for. My words were global,network,connecting, and music.
Music- I chose music because I like to go on youtube and listen to and watch music videos.I also love Music I like to listen to it. I also like to watch other people sing on youtube there is a lot of videos to watch.I like to download on limewire .
Global- I chose global because you could go on msn or facebook and talk to people from other countries or you could call your family on sykpe and talk them when there on the other side of the world. The web is all over the world its in in every content but i don’t think its in Antarctic because no one lives there for a long time maybe like a couple months but that’s it.
Connecting-I choose Connecting because I go on facebook and lot of people go on facebook to talk together with other people. We can talk to lost of people and we can connect with family and you could do a lot on the web.
Network- I chose network because the web is like a big network. We use the web for a lot of stuff and people don’t really notice the web is a network because you could be talking to one person and have another person talking to in the same chat room its really cool if you think about it.
You could do a lot with the web you can play video games,talk to others,do homework,there is to many things to name so I’m not going to try. on my project there is a globe and there is pin stuck in them and the string is wrapped around the pins to show a network and connecting then it goes to a satellite and back down to earth to an apple laptop that is in side the globe with a person (polly pocket) and then there is musical notes to repersent music and that is my project. 😀

LOL Hev! I abso-freaking-lutely LOVE that you actually used the bald Polly Pocket with epic brain damage! That is so hilarious, and to think, that you got it from my old Polly-set. Can you believe it? And that when we get bored that we actually play with them. LOL, remember the guy with the prosthetic leg, and the other 1with a missing… ‘you-know-what’? That was hilarious. It took me long like a week lo make the globe but i made it in the summer. the hole was there when i made it to take the balloon out then I made the hole bigger. I liked your ,post it was interesting. 😀

What type of music do you like? I like all types of music, but I hate country music BLAH. Your art project looks so cool, I like how you used a polly pocket. What did you use to make your globe?
You gave a lot of detail why you wanted to use the words global, network, connecting, and music. How often do you skype with your family? because I’ve never skyped with my family, well I guess it’s cause none of them have skype BUT I DO. My favourite thing about skype is it’s almost like MSN.

I like most music and some country but not all. I used paper maichi (dip newspaper shreds in a bowl with flour and paper then put it on a balloon then pop the balloon ) Thanks for the comment. I don’t skype with my family it was an example. 😀
I liked how you were talking about connecting with lost friends on Facebook and also listening to music. What else do you do on facebook?? I like soothing music most. It is also true that you can do pretty well anything while on the web. DylaSche

Hi Nicole. I really like how you gave a background about what you’re doing (it helps the reader a lot to know more about what it is that they’re reading). I noticed that you don’t think of yourself as a good artist, I’d like to know why. Your art is probably better than mine, and your art does show an effort. I like how you explained about how people connect on the web, and gave an example of how you connect. Nice! If you were to to this art again, what would you change with it? You did a great ob with your writing in your post. Keep up the good work Nicole! By the way(this is kind of off topic) do you play any instruments? I play the guitar and I absolutely love it! Since you love music, I suggest you learn to play an instrument so you can make you own. If you decide to try, let me know, and good luck: )

Thanks. My project wasn’t that hard i made the globe in the summer at an arts and crafts thing. My favorite song is Lips of an angel by hinder. I ❤ that song Whats your favorite song?? What are you being for Halloween ? I'm being a dark butter fly ! 😀
I love your project you give an inside view of your globe. You have so much creativity and I love how you gave some of your text in point farm. Which made it really easy for me to read. Your gave your reader so much info. Great job!
